How was 2021 for you? Amidst the seemingly never ending Covid-19 situation, we choose to look only at the good things that 2021 has brought us. We celebrate the joyous opening of Dreamline Bodyclinic! This has brought us many wonderful moments with our loved ones: family, friends, colleagues, and customers. We’ve also learnt so many new things while researching on new services that can cater best to our customers. It has been a wonderful year for us. How was yours? 😊
Dear Mummies, there is no correct time or a specific time that you must change your life or work towards bettering your life. But a new year is a great reminder to pause and take a breather if you couldn’t find any time previously or have been putting the thought of it at the back of your mind.
A new year typically signifies a fresh start to those who wants to better themselves. If 2021 has not been a great year for you, find some time this evening (or maybe the first month or so) to pause and think about your goals for 2022. If the idea of doing that is too big and overwhelming for you, think of small things that you want to incorporate into your daily life.
Small changes will turn into habits which will impact your life in bigger ways than you can imagine. It may be simply drinking enough water, walking to the train station instead of taking the bus, mindfully eating breakfast every single day, etc. It could be anything and everything. For the year 2022, remember to set your feelings right and work towards your personal physical, emotional, and mental goals. We hope the new year will bring more prosperity, health and happiness to you and your family. 💛
